  • How does C3* work?

    C3*'s proprietary blend of botanicals, vitamins and minerals alleviates the physical effects of stress while keeping your mind clear.   • Does C3* have any allergens or gluten?

    C3* is free of nuts, dairy and gluten. C3* contains small traces of soy, which remain from its role in the flavoring process. back to top

  • Does C3* have any preservatives or artificial ingredients?

    Never. For color, we use turmeric and chlorophyll. back to top

  • How many calories does C3* have?

    C3* has 15 calories per packet, when mixed with water. We know that extra calories can add up, so we made it a priority to keep the calories low. back to top

  • What makes C3* taste sweet? Are there artificial sweeteners in it?

    Artificial? Never. We use only a small amount of two natural sweeteners: stevia and sorbitol. Stevia comes from the leaves of the stevia plant. Sorbitol is found naturally in apples, pears, peaches and prunes and metabolizes more slowly than regular sugar. If you like a sweeter taste, try mixing C3* with fruit juice. back to top

  • How can you tell C3* is working?

    The formula begins to work immediately. Some people feel it as a slight numbing sensation in the mouth while others feel a glowing sense of relaxation. But, the full effect generally builds over fifteen to twenty minutes which for most people results in a comfortable sense of calmness and clarity. back to top

  • Can I drink C3* hot?

    Absolutely. Mixing C3* with hot water will increase the effervescence, but its effectiveness is the same. Hot or cold – drink C3* the way you like it best. back to top

  • Can women who are pregnant or nursing take C3*?

    As is recommended with any dietary supplement, you should consult your healthcare practitioner about taking C3* if you're pregnant or nursing. back to top

  • Can kids or teens take C3*?

    C3* isn't formulated for kids or teens under 18, so we don't recommend using it for their stress. back to top

  • Can I take C3* if I take other medication?

    As is recommended with any dietary supplement, you should consult your healthcare practitioner about taking C3* if you take other medication. back to top

  • Can I take C3* with alcohol?

    C3* is most effective without the altering effects of alcohol, so we don't recommend taking them together. We designed C3* to be naturally potent, and alcohol can interfere with that. back to top

  • Is C3* safe to use?

    Yes. We wouldn't sell C3* (or use it ourselves) if we didn't believe it was safe. The botanicals and minerals are all time-tested by healing traditions around the world. On our packaging, C3* includes a statement recommended by the FDA for supplements that contain kava, one of the 17 ingredient in C3*.   • How do you make sure that what goes into C3* is pure and safe?

    C3* sources ingredients from the most trusted herb and botanical purveyors in the world. Our laboratory facility in Southern California is state-of-the-art and complies with the FDA's dietary supplement good manufacturing practice (GMP) regulations at 21 CFR Part 111. There, every raw ingredient is tested to assure quality, purity and safety. If it isn't a 100% match to our benchmark (a fingerprint of a pure, acceptable reference), we reject it.
